Day to day duties to include but are not limited to the following:
- Reception duties.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Producing documents/letters.
- Booking appointments using electronic diary system.
- Receiving incoming telephone calls.
- Telephoning clients with appointments.
- Banking.
- Receiving card payments.
- Dealing with post.
Personal Qualities :
- Confident and well spoken.
- Reliable.
- Punctual.
Skills Required :
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Well spoken.
- Good level of English and Maths.
- Well presented.
- Computer literate.
Future Prospects : Can progress to Business Administration Level 3.
