Job Description
Working within a busy office, this apprenticeship will focus on administration and accountancy for the office.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Making and receiving telephone calls
- Producing documents
- Keeping files up-to-date
- Processing invoices
- Matching delivery notes with invoices
- Checking statements
- Administration duties as requested
Full training will be provided.
Whilst ideally, you will have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grades A*-C when you apply for this job, upon successful completion of this apprenticeship you will have gained a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration, along with Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT.
