Job Description
- Shadow and support instructors in their daily duties.
- Shadow and support other centre employees in their daily duties.
- Assist in ensuring the safety and general wellbeing of all clients and employees at the centre.
- Working with groups of children and adults in the outdoor environment.
- Day-to-day centre tasks such as maintaining equipment and keeping the centre tidy.
- Attend college as and when required, and complete work in own time to achieve the relevant qualification.
- Participate in a range of adventurous activities outside of work time in order to build a personal experience logbook.
- Any other duties appropriate to the post.

- Sensitivity and consideration towards the varied needs of all pupils/guests/users of the facility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good customer service skills and ability to develop effective working relationships;
- Good numeracy and literacy skills;
- Able to prioritise and organise workloads in order to meet deadlines;
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
- Willing to undertake additional training to develop skills and knowledge.
