Supporting Adult social workers and occupational therapies staff.
This involves:
- Assisting with creating - Excel/Word/PDF documents
- Printing
- Assisting with finance – dealing with invoices and queries
- Sending reports and letters to residents and providers
- Dealing with incoming and out-going faxes
- Update team telephone lists
- Finance
- Integra system
- Support with Mail outs/printing
- Organise large mail outs, liaise with print unit/provider
- Room bookings
- Booking Interpreters services
- Data entry
- Scanning documents
- Updating online database system Mosaic (training will be provided)
- Dealing with work requests via an Outlook shared mailbox
- Organising meetings and sending calendar invites via Outlook
Personal Qualities :
- Can do attitude
- Flexible
- Good team player
- Able to work on your own when necessary (you will not be unsupervised as part of the apprenticeship programme however)
Skills Required :
- Intermediate MS 2010 Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good organisational skills
- Time management
