Job Description
Main Responsibilities: (Training will be provided)
Daily activities include:
Spending time with members of the IT Development, Support and Testing team to learn about the various aspects of IT development, support and testing and how they work together
Helping with basic office tasks using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Helping to book rooms and organise invites for meetings
Setting up meetings using Microsoft Outlook
Assisting with the preparation of communications, emails and memos
Updating project records and minute taking
Carry out the internet/intranet research activity based on a task set by the Team Managers and present back your findings using Powerpoint
Any other tasks depending on your interests and skills
Then you will return to our QA Learning Centre in Reading for a further 4 weeks to complete training
