Job Description

Main Responsibilities: (Training will be provided)



Daily activities include:




  • Spending time with members of the IT Development, Support and Testing team to learn about the various aspects of IT development, support and testing and how they work together

  • Helping with basic office tasks using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Helping to book rooms and organise invites for meetings

  • Setting up meetings using Microsoft Outlook

  • Assisting with the preparation of communications, emails and memos

  • Updating project records and minute taking

  • Carry out the internet/intranet research activity based on a task set by the Team Managers and present back your findings using Powerpoint

  • Any other tasks depending on your interests and skills

  • Then you will return to our QA Learning Centre in Reading for a further 4 weeks to complete training
