Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all management databases
- Produce reports/statistics as required
- Answering and transferring calls professionally
- Typing correspondence for all departments and acknowledgement letters to recruitment applicants
- Make up training files
- Maintain employee Induction Packs, H & S, Quality, Flow etc. Manuals and prepare packs for dispatch with tenders
- Complete database form and forward to head office

Skills Required :
- Professional attitude and well organised
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Any previous administration experience is preferable
- Must be IT literate

Days/hours - Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary range – Between £8424 - £11648 per annum
A full time role upon completion of the Apprenticeship. Further accredited training.
