  • Start some work on a new software module you have been given to complete

  • Round the day off, by reporting back to customers with an update on any outstanding support requests allocated to you

  • Update your internal task list before packing up and heading home

Primarily the role will involve finding solutions to support tickets that come in which could include, but is not limited to fixing a bug in an application, resolving a technical issue on a server, building a new page into an existing website.

This will lead onto writing new functions and modules in the bespoke software we build and maintain, helping to deploy new hardware into hosted environments as well as potentially building new websites.
