Fusion People are now looking to bring on an enthusiastic Resourcer into their team to develop the skills they will need to succeed in the recruitment business industry.



Roles and responsibilities include:




  • Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles.

  • Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities.

  • Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email.

  • Establishing contacts to help build the client database.

  • Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates.

  • Resond to general consultancy enquires.

  • Arranging telephone and face to face interviews.

  • General data admin and paperwork.

Future Prospects : Permanent position available on completion of Apprenticeship if hard work is shown throughout.

After further training you may be asked to complete task such as: 
-Answering the phone and emailing messages to the relevant internal & external staff. 
-Booking internal and external meetings rooms where necessary.
-Formatting for all departments. 
-Sending out mass mailers to clear up the database, managing responses and updating the system with all of the information/new.
-Calling through candidates on the database to update information. 
-Generating candidates through Linkedin & various other media outlets, CV stripping for leads and contacts. 
-Lead generation for the team through monitoring changes to agency and competitor websites. 
-Delivering social media admin through various channels. 
-Ensuring that we have all compliance & procedure documentation on all registered candidates. 
-General office ad hoc administrative tasks. 
-Telephone interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability. 
-Taking a brief from a consultant, running the entire recruitment process from writing the advert, searching the -database, short listing and interviewing candidates, speaking to them about a particular opportunity and sending them the full details to review. 
-Preparing candidates for interviews and taking interview feedback.
