Job Description

THE LEVEL 3 APPRENTICESHIP IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

This apprenticeship focuses on key concepts of customer service and how to apply this knowledge to the workplace. Start developing team-leading skills and improve your understanding of more complex customer service matters.

An apprentice will work full time in our Client Service Online team as a Customer Service Professional to assist our clients with data and software queries. This will include attending college and allocated study time within working hours.

The apprenticeship is based full-time in Nielsen’s UK head office in Oxford and a local Oxfordshire College.

The course duration will be 2 years with a combination of multiple choice exams, coursework, presentations and an end point assessment.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

In order to be eligible to apply for this apprenticeship, you must have or be predicted to achieve 5 GCSEs A-C or 1-4 or equivalent, including English and Maths.
