Roles:
Equipment Development Engineer, Equipment Manager, Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Quality Control Engineer
Job Roles: Equipment Development Engineer
- Tooling design and drawing for new project and production line, tracking production process until delivery to production line.
- Design home-made non-standard equipment, drawing, track process and assembly debugging.
- Make and standardize home-made non-standard equipment and necessary electrical parts list of tooling.
- Equipment and tooling design drawing management
- Lead outsourcing non-standard equipment scheme evaluation and schedule tracking, involve in debugging phase with supplier, WI preparation and equipment release
Equipment Manager
- Assist the project department in the import of the new project
- Regularly maintenance and improvement in accordance with requirement.
- Timely analysis and handling equipment failure, reduce equipment downtime, improve equipment efficiency.
- Responsible for equipment spare parts management and cost control
- Assist production and other departments to improve product quality and production capacity.
Process Engineer
- Lean production and continual improvement
- Evaluate, follow up and adjust the capacity of the existing production line.
- New product process & PFMEA design, production capacity and layout design.
- guidance for new product Prototype /OTS/PPAP sample production
- Assist sales dept. for the new project feasibility analysis
- Responsible for communicate with customer for process technology.
Project Engineer
- Support sales team to coordinate technical review with customer, Participate in evaluating project feasibility analysis.
- According to company current kick off procedure from sales team; and work possible project timing schedule.
- Take kick off meeting; define team members’ duty and animation of a cross-functional team supporting the project.
- Update project development schedule, Timely project review the execution of project development tasks and planning follow-up.
- Launch readiness including all required manufacturing resources (lines, machines, molds, gauges, raw material, human resources, documentation…)
- Manage customer communication, coordination, and issue resolution within the team for new projects launch
- Implement project phase review with team and filling all related documents.
- Project sample tracking & Engineering change control
Quality Control Engineer
- Deal with customer quality complaints, writing 8D report, and track to solve the problem
- To evaluate nonconforming product and process, responsible for solve the production line of quality problems
- Responsible for the early stage of the project quality to parts PPAP approval(Including responsible for drafting and update the work instruction and SIP)
- Analyze and improve quality problems with team according to the monthly quality report
- Responsible for the management and guidance of QC
- Summary of processing customer feedback, and train related staff, improve the quality awareness of site personnel
Requirements - These are few selected requirements and may vary for each roles
- At least 2 years in university or above,Mechanical, Electronic or automatic control,
- Quality control and management experience, process quality control skill
- With strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Office software skills (eg: Excel)
- Hands-on Ability
- Familiar with 8D-Problem Solving, TS16949 quality management system and five tool
- Good Office software and AutoCAD skill
- Familiar with motion analysis methods, such as the MOD
- Understand the concept of LEAN manufacturing
