Job Description
Main duties include:
• Responsible for the preparation of pastry and desserts
• Have knowledge and creative ideas for a range of pastries and desserts
• Stock and waste management
• Produce food following the set standards
• Make sure all goods are used in strict rotation.
• Report any hazards or any equipment out of order to the Management.
• In conjunction with the Head Chef, improve on quality by using innovation
• Adhere to the company's procedures on health and safety, security and hygiene
• Have a full awareness and compliance with the fire evacuation, and security procedures for the Restaurant
• Report any accidents and potential hazards to the Department Head

Skills Required : • 1 year experience as a pastry chef
