Job Description
Your main duties will include:
- Meet and greet customers who come into the branch to visit the showroom
- Answering telephone calls from either suppliers or customers and dealing with enquiries
- Processing orders
- Booking deliveries in for drivers and ensuring everything is updated onto the company database
- Assisting accounts in regards to invoices and chasing payments
- Updating social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook on latest offers or deals
- Assisting directors with any other job duties
- Data entry, filing, photocopying etc.
- Assisting Customer Service Manager and Advisors with any tasks
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Personal Qualities :
- Confident
- Enthusiastic
- Willing to learn and study towards an apprenticeship qualification and progress within the role
- You must be flexible in regards to helping out with holiday cover
- A team-player
Skills Required :
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Future Prospects : A possibility for a full-time position after successful completion of Apprenticeship.
