Job Description
Carry out office duties such as answering the telephone, taking messages, responding to queries via email, filing and photocopying.
Key duties to involve:
- Data entry tasks
- Type up of standard letters as required
- Deal with enquiries either in person or by telephone providing excellent customer service
- Understand and comply with health and safety in the workplace
- Assist departments as necessary ensuring full compliance to quality systems
- Collate and extract information as required
- Assist with ensuring the office is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Ensure office stationary is monitored and ordered as required
- Use office equipment such as printers, photocopiers and telephones.
