Job Description
An Office Apprentice duties will include:
- Assisting the Administration and Reception staff with booking patient appointments over the phone or at the reception
- Updating the booking system
- Retrieving patient files
- Updating relevant files accordingly
Personal Qualities :
- Confident on the phone and dealing with people
Skills Required :
- Enthusiasm for the apprenticeship programme and a willingness to learn
- Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Future Prospects : The company are keen to make a permanent offer of employment subject to successful completion of the apprenticeship
