Job Description
- Assisting with all office paperwork and ISO 9001
- Ensuring all personnel files are up-to-date
- Ensuring all client files are up-to-date
- Assisting with booking of radios
- Agreeing with Office Manager
Tasks and projects to be completed on a weekly basis:
- Answering phone and taking messages
- Checking and updating stationery stocks and supplies
You will also be covering the Reception desk and so need to be presentable and able to deal with customers and visitors face-to-face.
