Customer Service Apprentice



Stone, Staffordshire.



M-Viron have a fantastic opportunity! We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice who is productive, passionate about selling a service and hitting targets to join an independent mobile voice and data specialist.



The Role:




  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls

  • Generate sales leads

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

The successful candidate will be completing an NVQ level 2 in Customer Service and there is the option to progress on to Sales and Telesales level 3 after the first year. Also, unless exempt, you will be required to complete your Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.



Benefits:




  • £3.50 per hour- to be reviewed at 3 months and 6 months

  • Commission package

  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (1 in 8 Saturdays- hours 9am-3pm paid as overtime)
