Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Credit Controller, duties will include;
- Chasing customers by telephone for outstanding payments or payment dates
- Allocating payments
- Running reports
- Dealing with queries
- Opening the post
- Statement runs
No experience necessary as full training will be given.

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must have an analytical approach to problem solving and attention to detail
- Be able to work proactively on own initiative
- Self-motivated and eager to learn with a professional attitude
- Enthusiastic
- Good time keeper and reliable
Skills Required :
- Confident dealing with customers over the telephone
- Highly organised
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak French, German or Spanish preferred but not essential
