Your main duties will include:
- Answering calls for both Private Hire and Day Breaks & Holidays
- Assisting the Private Hire Department (general ad hoc duties)
- Filing
- Printing
- Operations
- Assisting in the operations of the Days Breaks & Holidays Department
- Organising scheduled Day Trips, Short Breaks & Holidays from brochure
- Planning itineraries
- Booking venues
- Ordering tickets
- Allocating Passengers
- Taking bookings
- Working with Booking Agents
