Job Description
The apprentice will join our team to support the Operations Department with administration.
Duties will include:
- Spares, sales, stock management, purchasing
- Quotes – obtain based on information provided by the rest of the team
- Raising PO’s based on quotes
- Logistics – co-ordination
- Warehouse management of stock and documentation
- Telephone calls – forwarding and responding to calls appropriately
- Filing, scanning
- Flowrite service calls and actions
- Set up hard copy project files

Skills Required :
The successful candidate will need:
- Word, Excel, outlook and sage would be desirable
- Good customer service
- Flexible
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management
Future Prospects : The candidate will become a full time permanent member of the team subject to performance.
Growing business dynamic so will need to adapt to change.
Various opportunities will arise as business grows and new roles/positions are identified.
Training will be offered for any new roles.
