Job Description
The main roles will be:
- Preparing sales particulars
- Uploading properties to website
- Placing newspaper adverts
- Preparing sales letters
- Booking viewings
- Booking valuations
- General control of office diary
- Organising and sending out mail runs
- Distribution of emails and mails
- Using Photoshop
- General office enquiries
- Branch housekeeping
The candidate will be expected to have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Display a professional attitude
- Have a 'care' mentality towards the workplace environment
- Be a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (knowledge of Photoshop would be a bonus but not necessary)
- Demonstrate high levels of IT skills
- Display a confident attitude
