Job Description
As part of this exciting Business Administration Apprenticeship opportunity, the successful candidate will be required to carry out a variety of important duties, including:
- answering the telephone dealing with customer enquiries
- greeting visitors
- data input
- raising work cards for materials going through the workshop
- typing up and sending out quotes to customers
- filing & archiving control
- re-ordering stationery as and when required
Personal Qualities :
- Polite
- Well spoken with a keen attitude
- A good sense of humour
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Skills Required :
- Accurate keyboard skills
- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload
- Confidence in dealing with customers on the telephone or in person
Future Prospects : Dependent on mutual agreement, the opportunity for a permanent full-time position could be offered on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
