Job Description
Main purpose of job:
To provide administrative support to the College across all departments as required.
Key tasks:
Communication:
- Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors
- Deal with routine enquiries from staff and students
- Maintain good communication with all departments
Administrative duties:
- Provide administrative support as needed including filing, typing, photocopying, shredding, answer the telephone, as required
- Any other administrative duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Other duties:
- To sort incoming mail and distribute to staff
- Keep the stationery cupboard tidy and advise when stock running low
- To carry out other tasks as necessary across all departments of the College
Personal Qualities :
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the business. Excellent timekeeping.
