Job Description
The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a Leisure Centre and will report to the Centre Manager.
You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the centre including:
- Health and safety for the members of staff and customers
- Customer care
- Financial procedures within the business
- Leading and managing the recreation staff
- You will oversee the centre operation and support the management team and in addition you’ll be involved in the numerous activities and programmes on offer
You will be expected to work evenings and weekends over 40 hours per week.
Hourly wage - £5.60 - £7.60 depending on experience
The successful candidate should have previous knowledge of the Leisure Industry.

You must be able to work well within a team and have a friendly approachable personality.
You will need to be passionate about health, fitness and delivering excellent customer service.

Excellent communication skills, flexibility and a commitment to customer service.
