Job Description
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Complete administrative duties as agreed by line manager
- Receiving and making telephone calls, recording and passing on accurate messages
- Producing letters and documents (from audio transcription or from handwritten notes)
- Diary management and the organisation of meeting
- Research information
- Filing and photocopying
- Collecting information and files
- Putting files in the safe storage system and retrieval of the same if needed
- Organisation and maintenance of the safe custody systems for Wills, Deeds and other items
- Dealing with confidential information, filing, creating reports and files
- Greet clients and demonstrate good customer service skills
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other employees
- Use of a case management system to help fee earners to progress their matters
- Communicate effectively with people
