Your main responsibilities will include:
- Corresponding with Customers by Email and Telephone
- Deal with customer enquiries/queries, ensuring all customers are treated fairly and professionally
- Offering basic technical advice (full training given)
- Preparation and issue of service documents and reports
- Sending quotes and invoices
- Being a great team player, helping, encouraging and supporting the team
- B2B Outward Bound Calls
- Liaise with and instruct technicians as and when required
- Upload new instructions to Online work flow system and maintain accurate customer records
- Provide general administration support as required in accordance with departmental procedures
- Most importantly, keeping our customers happy and ensuring they have everything they need!
