Job Description
Main duties:
Provide front of house service to all students and visitors.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to students and visitors
- Handle all calls and email enquiries in a professional manner whilst being attentive and sympathetic to the caller’s needs
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, even if under pressure
- Promote a customer first culture and ensure customer expectations are met
- Receiving maintenance requests
- Receiving, logging and distributing parcels
- Arrange access to studios for inspections, repairs and viewings
- Assist with viewings
- Assist with marketing materials and events
- General administration duties to include filing
- General data input on spreadsheets
- Assist the Management team with day to day operations of the building
- Assist in student experience events
- Receive and record payments
- Assist with check in and check out procedures
