Job Description

Main duties:



Provide front of house service to all students and visitors.




  • Provide a high standard of customer service to students and visitors

  • Handle all calls and email enquiries in a professional manner whilst being attentive and sympathetic to the caller’s needs

  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, even if under pressure

  • Promote a customer first culture and ensure customer expectations are met

  • Receiving maintenance requests

  • Receiving, logging and distributing parcels

  • Arrange access to studios for inspections, repairs and viewings

  • Assist with viewings

  • Assist with marketing materials and events

  • General administration duties to include filing

  • General data input on spreadsheets

  • Assist the Management team with day to day operations of the building

  • Assist in student experience events

  • Receive and record payments

  • Assist with check in and check out procedures

  • Working under pressure – able to work calmly under pressure

  • Clear and concise writing skills

  • Computer literate including experience of using business software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
