Job Description

Responsible to: Operations Manager

Some of your day to day responsibilities may include:




  • Welcoming visitors

  • Handling mail

  • Making and receiving telephone calls

  • Managing diaries, meetings and events

  • Organising travel

  • Producing documents and presentations

  • Managing admin systems and office equipment



Duties will include:




  • Expediting purchase orders and liaising with suppliers

  • Internal processing of orders including logistic support

  • Business related office administration including data entry in our MIS and communication

  • Support to the management team

  • Preparing Quotations

  • Minute taking for meetings

  • Booking of hotels, flights and other travel arrangements

  • Processing of customer orders

  • Compiling databooks / operating manuals

  • Ordering and stock control for stationary and office equipment

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
