Dalcour Maclaren, a utilities and infrastructure consultancy firm, is creating at least 50 new jobs in Bicester with the expansion of its headquarter offices in the Oxfordshire town.

The new office opened last week, creating dozens of jobs initially, but bosses at Dalcour Maclaren say that hundreds more vacancies could be added over the next few years.

Founded over twenty years ago, Dalcour Maclaren originally started out in Bicester but has grown to more than a dozen towns and cities across the UK.

The firm has worked with many clients in the utilities, energy and infrastructure sectors, including Heathrow, National Grid, Network Rail and Thames Water.

The latest recruitment drive will see the company go through the 500 employee mark and the consultancy is happy to recruit apprentices and graduates into many of its roles.

Announcing the new jobs in Bicester, Dalcour Maclaren’s head of talent acquisition, Joanna Middleton, said: “As a business rooted in relationships and service excellence, our new space supports our mission to offer careers which accommodate all lifestyles while championing inclusivity and innovation.”
