Pay Rate

£12.00 per hour + holiday pay.

Paid weekly.

Working Hours

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.

Main Responsibilities

Based in our busy bars/ restaurants, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be required to take customer orders, carry three plates, prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.

Skills / Qualifications

Previous experience carrying three plates beneficial, but not essential.

Knowledge in pairing wine with menu dishes is ideal, but full training is provided.

Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
