Position Overview:

As a Barista you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include crafting delicious coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and attention to detail.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.

Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and operate the cash register.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee preparation and serving areas.

Restock and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.

Follow health and safety guidelines in the preparation and serving of beverages.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista is preferred, but not required (training will be provided)

Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different coffee varieties and brewing methods.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
