The Company

Founded in 2008, our company started out in thewholesale telecoms market, selling very high-quality routes to otherwholesalers and VoIP providers. Through providing routes to wholesale customers,we have developed strong bilateral relationships with top Tier1 carriersthroughout the world, allowing us to purchase the best quality routes at thebest rates available on the market. During this time, we started developing ourBusiness and Retail Services on an integrated platform that would allow ourcustomers to enjoy the benefits of making low-cost calls from a variety ofdevices without compromising on quality.

The Position

Business Admin Apprentice

Level 3 Business Admin Apprentice

18 months + EPA

Location:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday9 -5:30

£5.29 per hour.

Role and Responsibilities

•Keeping well-organized files,records of business activity and providing office support

•Interacting with customers/supplierseither on the phone or in person

•Taking phone messages and passingthem on

•Following up on businesscommunications, billing, and ordering

•Communicating with materialssuppliers and vendors

•Email Invoices, Statements toCustomer

•Using spreadsheets to track expensesand company spending

•Collecting and inputting companydata

•Learning and understanding about thecompany and the available products/services

•Building relationships with thecustomers/suppliers

•Preparing documents by printing,copying etc.

•Collecting and sorting daily postand delivery

•Assisting with technical support

•Acting as a personal assistant tothe executive team

•Scheduling appointments and eventsfor the executive team or other staff members

•Ordering office stationery and othersupplies – online or over the phone to the suppliers

•Participating in office meetings andtaking meeting minutes

•Giving feedback on office efficiencyand suggesting possible improvements

•Being ready for any otheradministrative tasks that are required by the executive members

Desired Qualities,Skills and Knowledge:

Answeringtelephone confidently

Numeracy andliteracy competent
