Job Description
We have flexible Back of House roles; where you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like.

Main Responsibilities for the Back of House Team (wash up staff, kitchen porters and porters)
These roles are predominantly non-customer facing. You will work under the guidance of the lead chef and/or room manager, to ensure the team operates to its maximum potential.
Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Food safety, Allergens, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
Personally, demonstrating that you take responsibility for your own health and safety.
Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Porters keep areas well stocked, your main task will be to move food and beverage stock, as well assisting with set up and clear down of the areas.
Wash up staff and kitchen porters will we supporting the chefs with keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, as well as ensuring all kit is cleaned and ready for the next day.
Working Hours
Henley Royal Regatta runs from Tuesday 2nd July – Sunday 7th July, we ask that you can work the whole event. In addition to this there is the opportunity to travel to other compass venues.
