Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Premier Group Recruitment – Central Reading

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum OTE

You will be trained to run your own market, developing a strong client and candidate network in the engineering contract sector. With an excellent commission structure and clear progression path on offer, you are given the tools to achieve strikingly high earnings in a short amount of time.

Role Overview:

• Client and candidate sourcing through various channels, including database/LinkedIn searches and calling candidates and clients to engage.
• Become a subject matter expert and have in-depth conversations with clients and candidates regarding recruitment requirements in the engineering contract sector.
• Building and maintaining high-quality client relationships and developing high value accounts.
• and attending client meetings.
• Negotiating offers and managing candidate data on the CRM system.
• Creating and posting job adverts.
• Reviewing applications and ensuring candidate readiness for interviews.
