Support the team in the preparation of advice across both commercial and residential propertyPerform local and national real estate market analysis using all accepted and relevant approaches and theoryAssist in the delivery of LPA receivership cases, blending valuation, asset management and transaction management skillsetsDraft internal and external reports and presentation material for review by Directors and Managing DirectorsAssist in advisory assignments with a focus on Options Analysis particularly in relation to workout scenariosWork and communicate efficiently with third party suppliers assisting in the delivery of restructuring and receivership mandates, to include but not limited to; agents, auctioneers, contractors, solicitorsManaging instruction timelines and ensuring deadlinesProvide assistance to the wider team where necessaryAssist with any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the businessUndertake property and market researchAttending relevant industry events to broaden your knowledge and experience within the real estate industryRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or EconomicsDesire to work towards becoming MRICS qualifiedKnowledge of real estate generallyHighly motivated with the ability to work to a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environmentSuperior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales, and organisational skillsExcellent research abilitiesAbility to make effective decisions by analysing information and considering priorities.Proficient in MS Office, including, Excel, Word, and PowerPointDemonstrated experience of managing day to day aspects of client relationships and projectsValid driver’s license Apply If you have any questions or would like some more information about us or any of our current vacancies please contact us using the contact form. *Mandatory Fields Upload CVHow would you like to be contacted*
