We are now seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team as a BOH Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities
Supporting the BOH Manager with ensuring:
- Quality and consistency in all BOH operations
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
- Engagement of BOH team to ensure completion of tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a culinary setting
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a BOH Supervisor
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
