The Role

As a Graduate Desktop Support, you will oversee, update assigned support service requests, troubleshoot the hardware, and replace it if needed. You will set up desktop computers, and test computer and network connections to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
  • Provide break-fix support for desktops, laptops, and other components, extend computer support for systems software and hardware.
  • Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
  • Maintain computer peripheral devices, the devices inside the datacenters and resolve associated problems.
  • Liaise with account manager to determine new opportunities and share global threat updates with the cross functional teams to create awareness.
  • Support the mobile devices for registering in BES or Intune environment.
  • Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.


Your Profile

Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Desktop support, computer hardware and Windows OS.
  • Knowledge of Desktop Operating systems, network management, and active directory.
  • Understanding of software deployment through various tools and application packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to research new product capabilities.
  • Ability to learn new industry skills and competencies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
