Events Promotion Team Member

WRC Holdings, well known for their Devil’s Bridge Rum (Worlds Rum Awards Winner) are seeking social superstars to promote the brand at festivals and markets throughout the summer months.

Are you a charismatic go-getter with a passion for premium spirits? We're seeking an energetic Ambassador to join us in sharing our exceptional spirits at in-person events and markets during the weekends.

What will you do?

• Engage with potential customers, showcasing and selling our premium products with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and sharing the stories behind our spirits.
• Set up and dismantle our market stall before and after events, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
• Process transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a pristine and inviting stall environment throughout the event.
• Safely transport products and equipment to and from events.

What We're Seeking:

• Outstanding communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Genuine enthusiasm for premium spirits, especially rum, and a willingness to deepen your knowledge.
• Valid UK driving licence and availability to work weekends, with the capacity to transport equipment.
