As a Recruitment Administrator Apprentice you will:
Be the firs point of contact for our new potential employees.
Utilise our Applicant Tracking System to manage the contacts of applicants.
Undertake first contact calls known as "Screening" to establish suitability.
Plan interviews with managers based on availability of manager and candidate.
Attend recruitment events.
Undertake qualification as part of the apprenticeship.
Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, managers, candidates and external people.
Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values.
Ensure the implementation of safe working practices.
Be part of a truly caring and processional team that support you as well as we would our clients.
