ÂWorkingÂas part ofÂourÂCentral ServicesÂTeamÂwithinÂourÂProperty Maintenance Division (PMD) youÂwillÂprovideÂallÂnecessaryÂadministrationÂand call handling within the centralÂteamÂto ensure that both the in-houseÂteamÂand external contractors deliver an effective and efficient repairs service to enable PMD to be the contractor of choice acrossÂallÂdwellings owned and managed by Place forÂPeople, in lineÂwithÂallÂstatutoryÂrequirements,ÂcustomerÂexpectationsÂand marketÂrequirements.

YouÂwillÂbe deliveringÂexceptionalÂcustomerÂservice andÂadministrationÂsupportÂmaintaining in house systems to ensure the effective running ofÂallÂresponsive repairs. YouÂwillÂalsoÂsupportÂalongside the schedulingÂteamÂand provide other general officeÂadministrationÂservices for the wider property maintenanceÂteam

In thisÂroleÂyouÂwillÂworkÂeffectivelyÂwithÂallÂkey business areas including PMD, theÂcustomerÂservice centre, contractors, managers,ÂoperativesÂand internal/external clients and customers, taking enquiries both over the phone and via email.Â

The Works Support teamÂworkingÂwithin the Property Maintenance division and areÂresponsibleÂfor scanning and filing dataÂsensitiveÂdocuments including EICR and LGSR records, the sending and receiving of emails and alsoÂworkingÂon the phone speakingÂwithÂourÂcustomers and internalÂoperatives.

ÂHere at Places forÂPeopleÂwe are looking for someone who is asÂspirited as weÂare about delivering greatÂcustomerÂservice. To beÂconsideredÂfor theÂroleÂyouÂwillÂhave previousÂexperienceÂworkingÂin a volumeÂadministrationÂroleÂwithÂaÂcommitmentÂtoÂdeliveryÂfirst classÂcustomerÂexperience. To be successful in thisÂroleÂcandidates must be able to demonstrateÂexperienceÂofÂworkingÂwithin a busy officeÂenvironment, and youÂwillÂhave previousÂexperienceÂofÂadministration.

ExperienceÂof booking, scheduling and confirming appointments isÂdesirable. Although this is anÂadministrationÂroleÂyouÂwillÂbeÂworkingÂon the phones for a large portion of the day, taking calls from external and internal customers soÂexperienceÂworkingÂof call handling would be highlyÂadvantageous.Â

ExceptionalÂorganisationalÂskillsÂwithÂtheÂabilityÂtoÂeffectivelyÂorganise your own workload whilst maintaining a high attention to detail andÂaccuracyÂwillÂenable you to succeed in thisÂrole.

YouÂwillÂhave an excellent telephone and I.T. skillsÂwithÂa soundÂunderstandingÂof Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.ÂTheÂabilityÂtoÂinterrogateÂand present data in different formats is essential. A positive âcan do' attitudeÂwithÂtheÂabilityÂto demonstrate aÂâsolution-focused'ÂworkingÂstyle in practice atÂall times.
